We can perceive Prison in many ways, but of course we are talking about it in a physical sense. Why a Prison Ministry? Well first of all, there are a lot of people involved besides the individual incarcerated. Families are involved. Children are involved. The absence of the family member incarcerated creates pain, hurt, sorrow, emptiness, confusion, distress, and it can even lead to suicide. Now that I have become an Ambassador for the Kingdom of God, I can not, and will not ignore the hurt and broken spirits that are being effected due to being sentenced to prison. Stand Fast Prison Ministry will utilize the Word of God to strengthen the mind, encourage the soul, and revive the spirit. So that the prisoner is no longer incarcerated mentally by his or her habitual acts. It takes a willing mind to overcome the struggles that we all have that keeps us from striving to succeed.
